How To: Mobile Deposits

Mobile deposit is designed to allow customer to deposit checks to a qualified Bank of Little Rock checking, savings account, or money market account from home or other remote locations by scanning checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to the Bank of Little Rock. Checks are scanned using the camera on a mobile device and securely transmitted to the Bank for review and deposit.
How to Enroll
- Log onto online banking
- Click on User Services
- Click on Mobile Deposit Enrollment
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Your enrollment will be reviewed by a bank employee and a secure message will be sent to you within 48 hours.
How to deposit a check
- Log onto online banking using your mobile device
- Click on the Deposit a Check link. Depending on the size of the screen on your mobile device, in the top right hand corner of the page, you may need to click on "More" to see the Deposit a Check link or you may see a link to Deposit a Check
- Select the account you wish to deposit a check into
- Type the amount of the check and click Save
- Clearly print the phrase "Mobile Deposit Only" on the back of the check and sign below the phrase
- Click Capture Image
- Follow the instructions to take a picture of the back and the front of the check
- Submit the deposit
Availability of Funds
Deposits confirmed by us before 5:00pm CT: Credited to your account the next business day
Deposits confirmed to us after 5:00pm CT: Credited to your account in two business days.
Deposit limits are subject to change from time to time.
Mobile check deposit: $0.50/check
Deposit Limits:
$3,000 / day
$10,000 / month (20 checks)
Qualifications for the Services - Provision of the Services to you is at the Bank's sole discretion. For new customers, in order to qualify for the Services, the account with the Bank must have been open for a minimum of 60 days, cannot have had any overdrafts, or insufficient items and the account must otherwise be in good standing. For existing customers, the account cannot have had more than two (2) overdrafts or insufficient items within the past 60 days, and must otherwise be in good standing.
