Personal Bankers of Little Rock: Paulina Martinez
10/28/20
Paulina Martinez comes from a large family -- she is the fourth of six children including one sister and four brothers. Paulina was born in Southwest Little Rock and grew up there, attending Horace Mann Magnet School, and then Parkview High School. During High School, Paulina helped her uncle with his catering business and once she graduated in 2019, she jumped straight into the workforce.
Her first three months of full-time work was in internship within a Little Rock Orthodontist practice. Immediately after gaining that experience, she had the opportunity to join Bank of Little Rock as a teller and now handles those duties at the Rahling Road drive-through windows.
Like others on her team, Paulina appreciates getting to work with great Personal Bankers and she very much appreciates the opportunities she has to learn and grow. “Taking care of peoples’ money is a big job -- a big responsibility. I think it’s broadened my perspective on life.”
Paulina has an artistic side, as well. She designs and creates custom acrylic fingernails for ladies and is dabbling in other artistic endeavors. She loves nature and has discovered that working out is a real stress reliever for her.
One day, she’d really like to continue her education but, for now, she’s saving her money so she can buy a car and gain more independence.
Paulina loves a challenge and she’s enjoying being part of our great banking team. When you drive through our Rahling Road branch, be sure to introduce yourself to her.
