March is Women’s History Month—a time to honor the achievements of women who make a lasting impact in their industries and communities. At Bank of Little Rock, we’re proud to highlight the exceptional women in leadership who help guide our mission every day. Our President & CEO, Kim Markland; CFO, Donna Hall; and COO, Jennifer Duran, exemplify the strength, dedication, and expertise that define community banking.
Kimberly Markland – President & CEO
As President and CEO, Kim Markland leads with a deep commitment to stability and service. Her extensive banking experience, combined with a passion for helping customers and communities thrive, sets the tone for Bank of Little Rock. Under her leadership, we continue to focus on building strong relationships and providing the personalized service our customers expect.
Donna Hall – Chief Financial Officer
With a background in finance and regulatory compliance, Donna Hall ensures the bank remains financially strong and positioned for growth. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, she has worked in nearly every area of banking, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the industry. Donna believes community banking is about more than just transactions—it’s about making a difference in people’s lives.
Jennifer Duran – Chief Operating Officer
Jennifer Duran has been a banker since she was 16, building a career rooted in deposit operations, technology, and security. As COO, she blends high-tech solutions with a high-touch approach, ensuring customers receive both convenience and exceptional service. Her leadership keeps Bank of Little Rock at the forefront of community banking, balancing innovation with a personal touch.
