At Bank of Little Rock, we believe strong leadership comes from experience, dedication, and a passion for community banking. Our Chief Financial Officer, Donna Hall, embodies all of these qualities. With an impressive career spanning multiple facets of banking, Donna’s leadership ensures stability and growth for both our institution and our customers.
A proud Lonoke native, Donna’s banking journey began long before she stepped into her current role. With a degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and certifications as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, she has built a reputation as a regulatory expert. Her career began as a summer teller at Worthen Bank, where she eventually moved into the role of Commercial Lender. Her time at Worthen shaped her as a banker and also brought lifelong friends like Scott McElmurry, Bank of Little Rock Mortgage President and CEO; and Baker Cunningham, Chief Lending Officer, into her life. Since then, her career has taken her through commercial lending, internal auditing, compliance, and financial management, making her one of the most well-rounded leaders in the industry.
Before becoming CFO, Donna spent eight years with Bank of Little Rock Mortgage and has now been in her current role with the bank since 2022. Her ability to see banking from multiple perspectives—lender, auditor, and financial strategist—allows her to guide the bank with a steady hand and an innovative mindset. She believes community banks still change lives and takes pride in fostering personal relationships with customers.
Donna’s leadership extends beyond the bank. She is an active member of the Circle of Red with the Arkansas Heart Association, supporting heart health initiatives. She and her husband, Kevin, have been married for 35 years, and their family is growing—son Britt recently married to Emily Williams, and they are excited about the future ahead.
